How long does my order take to ship?

All our items are made to a 8 week lead time. By Alfie endeavours to process and deliver you order as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

By Alfie currently does not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

As our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed with our supplier or a courier has been dispatched to collect it from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation, we will do our best to assist you wherever possible.
